Orders received on the weekend or a business holiday will ship out the next business day. We will verify receipt of your order and will furnish you a TRACKING NUMBER once we ship out your order/s. NOTE: for International Customers that select "First Class International Mail" as the desired shipping method, the United States Postal Service (USPS) does not provide Tracking Information/Tracking Numbers.
We ship internationally. To get an estimate of shipping costs to your country, click on the "estimate shipping" button at the bottom left after you are done adding to the "shopping cart". NOTE: Some Countries' Customs may charge additional charges/fees such as (VAT, duties, clearance charges). These practices and fees vary by country.
It is our goal to ship you 100% quality product. We will exchange defective parts for good, if noted within 30 days of actual receipt by the customer. If for some reason the replacement parts are not available, a full refund will be in order.
All returns or exchanges must be accompanied by an RMA (Return Material Authorization) Number issued by Newmodeus. A RMA Number can be obtained by sending us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
